Constructed from durable galvanized steel and equipped with heavy-duty gas spring actuators, the vent is engineered to open safely against a 10 PSF snow or wind load and is suitable for Class 90 roof systems. The domes are available in either impact-resistant polycarbonate or high-quality acrylic, providing exceptional strength, durability, and reliable daylight performance. Certified to UL 793 standards, the system is designed to automatically release smoke, heat, and combustion gases during a fire event, enhancing occupant safety and supporting firefighting operations. Each unit includes a fusible link for automatic activation and an exterior manual release, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with the International Fire Code (IFC) and NFPA 204.
